Recovery may take several months, but most patients can be up and walking within a day or two after surgery, and can walk unaided within a month. We will guide you on the appropriate level of activity during your recovery.

Once you’re fully recovered, you can expect to safely return to your favorite activities and move ahead with your life. You can likely expect your new joint to last up to a decade or more, allowing for years of active, healthier living.
