The mission of our organization is to help our patients return to the lifestyle and function they enjoyed prior to injury. The therapy staff at Arlington Orthopedic Associates, P.A. has direct access to the nurses, phycicians, medical records and diagnostic reports. This unique access allows better communication with the referring physician and better services for our patients

Physical and Occupational Therapy services are customized in their approach for each patient. The therapists focus on ways to improve function through better strength, flexibility and endurance based on the evaluative findings and diagnosis.

Equipment

 

 

Arlington Orthopedic Associates, P.A. completely redesigned the physical therapy department in March 2006. The facility was designed around new state of the art equipment to meet the individual rehabilitative goals of our patients. The new equipment includes LifeFitness, Precor, and Quantum. The equipment allows us to address range of motion, strength and endurance for a broad spectrum of fitness levels - from less functional patients to high level athletes. The therapists will provide instruction on safe usage and proper exercise technique to facilitate greater confidence and better transition into an independent gym setting.

Staff

 

 

Our staff at Arlington Orthopedic Associates, P.A. consists of licensed Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Occupational Therapist Assistants. Therapists at Arlington Orthopedic Associates, P.A. have extensive orthopedic experience. The therapists update their knowledge and skills annually to provide the latest knowledge and treatment techniques for our patients. In the course of treatment, our staff utilizes manual skills, traditional modalities and an updated gym setting to help meet apporpriate and specific goals.
